a team of creators who have proven to themselves & to the public that living a full-time creative lifestyle is achievable [1] especially when pursued out of a desire to represent new ways of life and ideas or underrepresented groups [1.5].
what's more—it doesn't take a 'hit,' a 'blockbuster,' or really any form of mainstream success[2] to live this way. thus the objective everyday at work is to share much as we know & everything we're learn about these 2 hypotheses.
the 🔑 as we see it is to focus on building a robust creative world that a community can form around, and allow the business strategy that supports it to emerge naturally - and then go the hell from there.
our job is to help our partners along that journey & to make our learnings visible to the public so that more people can do it on their own.
